At E3F Essentials, we aim to provide a reliable, transparent, and professional service to all our wholesale clients. This policy outlines our approach to delivery, returns, and refunds to ensure clarity and peace of mind when working with us.

Delivery

  • Order Processing:
    All wholesale orders are processed once full payment has been received. Please allow 1–2 business days for order confirmation and preparation before dispatch.

  • Dispatch Times:
    We aim to dispatch most bulk orders within 3–7 business days depending on stock availability and order size. Large or customised orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Methods:
    Deliveries are made using trusted couriers and freight partners. Large palletised or bulk shipments may require special arrangements, which our team will coordinate directly with you.

  • Delivery Charges:
    Delivery fees vary depending on order weight, size, and destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or provided as part of your wholesale quotation.

  • Delivery Areas:
    We are based in London and currently serve businesses across the UK. International shipping may be available upon request — please contact us to discuss options.

  • Delivery Delays:
    While we strive to meet all delivery times, external factors (such as courier delays, supply shortages, or unforeseen circumstances) may occasionally impact schedules. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve issues promptly.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    As a wholesaler, we primarily supply bulk quantities. Returns are therefore limited to cases where products are:

    • Damaged in transit

    • Faulty on arrival

    • Incorrect items supplied

  • Notification Period:
    All return requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns may not be accepted.

  • Condition of Returns:
    Returned goods must be:

    • Unused and unopened

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition (unless faulty or damaged)

  • Exclusions:
    We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Unsold inventory

    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery

  • Return Shipping:
    Unless the return is due to a fault on our part, the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. For damaged or incorrect goods, E3F Essentials will cover the cost of return or arrange collection.

Refunds

  • Approval Process:
    Once returned items are received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

  • Refund Methods:
    Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as a credit note within 5–10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In certain circumstances (e.g., partial order issues), a partial refund may be issued.

  • Replacements:
    Where possible, we may offer replacements instead of refunds to minimise disruption to your business.

Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and our returns policy will apply.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
